VMAN CPU ready alert

Question

Hello 
 
 I am trying to create a CPU ready alert for our VMware team. 
 
 I've taken the OoB CPU ready alert and modified it to what suits our environment. 
 
 I am just in unsure about one thing regarding this alert. Take a look at the picture below

The second statement has a value of "5". My question is, what is this value? Percent, milliseconds, bananas? 
 
 How would I be able to find out what kind of data it is looking for?

It's a percentage. One of the easy ways to see this is to look at the metric in a PerfStack project . The Orion platform 'knows' the datatype and will display it as such. 
 However, I will state one thing in perpetuity: if you are unsure of the units, then you cannot go wrong with bananas .
