I don't see a way to alert (send email) when a specific trap is received.

I manage the network, not the servers. I do not have access to the server consoles, so cannot use something called Trap Manager...which I saw references to in some very old Thwack posts. I want to know (via email) when something happens on one of our Cisco 6509s. I can see the trap in Orion's Message Centre...but I can't do much with it. In a perfect world, I would be given the option of creating an alert from that screen. I see references to using SQL...I know nothing about SQL.

Specifically, I want to know about CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB:cefcModuleStatusChange. On the Manage Alerts screen, I don't see where I can alert on traps received. I am using version 2020.2.5.
