Not receiving alerts in PagerDuty

Question

Hello! We are testing out PagerDuty with our Solarwinds Orion environment. We can simulate the example alert (from PagerDuty) and receive that in PagerDuty. The example alert contains the correct information and looks to be working fine. But when a node does go down in Orion, we are not receiving those in PagerDuty. My thought is: Does Orion not process more than one Alert for a "node down"? i.e. It processes the built-in "Node is Down" alert and stops to where the PagerDuty alert never gets activated? If not, does anyone have some guidance. Thank you!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I couldn't find any useful information in ActionsExecution.log but I did find the errors in Alerting.Service.V2.log. Had many "Invalid username or password" errors. That got me looking at the alert owner. It was listed as some random GUID from when I imported the rules. I followed the query at the URL below to change the alert owner to me. After doing that everything is working great!
