Straight to the question; how would I go about creating an alert for free space free on large volume drives instead of percentage base?
We have a lot of servers with 32-100TB worth of space and percentages are just not cutting it. I was looking through creating custom properties for volumes and then making some AND/OR statements in the alert, but I would like to see if there is either an easier way, or something else you all would suggest. Here's how we would like the alerts conditions to go:
If drive is over 5TB: Warning @ 1024GB and Critical @ 512GB
If drive is over 35TB: Warning @ 2048GB and Critical @ 1024GB
If drive is over 65TB: Warning @ 3072GB and Critical @ 1536GB
Maybe I am just overthinking the solution to this.
