I don't know if this has changed in NPM 10 but there's no way to filter the Active Alerts resource. The closest thing to accomplishing what you want would be account limitations. Therefore, you'd limit the account to nodes/interfaces that are impacted by your specific alerts. Obviously, being account limitations, it'll affect all views for this particular account, not just active alerts, which is probably not ideal for you.
