Not once we are faced with customers that creating non-operational DBs on prod servers. That start causing a lot of noise not necessary alerts and effort SQLSentry database (input/output, size and etc.).
In that cases, a feature like "Per-database snooze or un-watch" can be very useful, instead of excluding this DB from each condition.
