We get alert messages when the alert happened but we are not notified about alert cleared. We want to get notified with minimum alert messages. There could be option for 1 alert for alert happened, if the problem continues no additional alert message. If the problem fixed and alert is cleared there could be last message for alert cleared. With this option we get maximum 2 alert message for an alert.
Possible alert severity categories: Critical, Warning, Info and Cleared. We should edit alert mail template. We may specify alert severity on mail subject. Alert mails may become more understandable and looks better.
