SQL Server Process Physical Memory Low Condition

I am trying to clean up some of the Global Conditions to improve the accuracy of Health score. Currently my main focus is something that looks erroneous to me. I have several SQL Server Process Physical Memory Low Condition reported.

But when going to track down the cause I am not able to even see that I am low on Physical Memory.

Anyone have advise as to where I should be looking? Perhaps I am not understanding the condition.

SELECT system_memory_state_desc FROM sys.dm_os_sys_memory

This will tell you the [system_memory_state_desc] and if you are experiencing memory pressure at the OS layer.

[system_memory_state_desc] has only 3 possible values.

Available physical memory is high

Available physical memory is low

Physical memory usage is steady

Probably need to create a custom condition for this.

This is my go-to when trying to determine OS memory pressure.
