field type "user" shall be more power and can be utilize in Workflow Process, Custom Field, etc.

Hi Solarwinds Service Desk Product Management Team,

"User" field type is expected can be used in many cases to make the Workflow Process, Custom Field, etc. I think those applications are not available currently and can be developed and that will make SWSD be very powerful in the Service Catalogue Workflow.

1. Workflow Process.

The "update record" currently allows to update by an existing user-list only

Suggest new feature: "Update record" disallows to update a Var/Field "user" by another Var/Field. 

2. Custom Field.

The number of users on system may be update thousands. Most of the fields are not expect requestor to list all of the existing users, but some of them. The restriction of the user list is different in form by form, field by field, hence restrict the user view by Permission on the Account's "Role and Permission" does not fulfill the requirement.

Suggest new feature: Field with "User" type can be limit a list of users, or by a group of users.

3. Other consideration evolved from the above would be: Field Dependency: allow the "User" type field can be in this interest function.

4. More than that: create the "User" object can be assigned by User Email Address, or User ID Number. This will be helpful in creating Catalogue process in some workflow-cases.
