Future Consideration

Hi - this is something we talked about doing some time ago but lost priority due to other items getting higher priority. We have a lot of plans around beyond IT and task management planned this year that will make something like a My Work tab/area easier to implement. We will take this feature into consideration as we plan the infrastructure for those changes.

Ability to create a View All - Incidents & Tasks

Many techs forget to check their tasks that are assigned to them since they only get them every once in awhile.  Would be great to have a View that you can see all things assigned to you.  Task, Incidents and others if appropriate.

Maybe a column for type that would then say Task or Incident and then list items such as created date, who requested, comments (for tasks also when added in coming feature), descriptions and so forth.
