Forum How do I easily view previous tickets for a user from the current ticket view?

I previously used WHD and when looking at a ticket I could easily see current open tickets and previous tickets associated with that user. Am I missing something or is that not possible in SWSD without leaving the ticket and searching for the user by name?

Hi Aaaandy, if you hover your mouse over the requester's icon you should see a link to show all the incidents they have open or closed. You can also see all the assets attached to that user. Hope this resolves your issue!
