Service Desk Development Request - attach a solution to a CMDB record

I would like to request the ability to attach a solution from Service Desk to a CMDB record.  I would like this functionality to be inherent within the system (not done through third-party integration).  I did search the community and did not find the same request.  Does anyone else have this need / interest?

  • Hi , this is a great ask and is actually something that will be coming out in a future release. It is apart of the work we are doing around being able to relate any object to any other object. 

    In the future, feature requests are best put in our feature request section so other members can vote on the ask.
