Hi everyone,
"suggestions" feature may be helpful for some users but not all. Particular for my users, all of them provided feedback that the suggestions causing noise to them and they didn't want it (to make the website clean and loading fast)
as an administrator, I couldn't find the menu to turn this feature off totally. anyone knows, please kindly advise.

From what I can see there is no current workaround 
thanks, sounds the optional feature was made as must-have one. Client has to accept it or switches to another Service Desk tool
