I am still testing the helpdesk system but have the simplest of problems I think. Nobody gets any notifications for calls logged, changed etc and I think the reason is that we use a service called MimeCast that has anti-spoofing on it and as a result any of the emails pertaining to be from one of our helpdesk accounts to email staff is seen as spoofed. I am trying to get the actual sending server / domain address so that I can add it to an exclude list from the anti-spoofing rules.
