We are looking to switch from Web Help Desk to SolarWinds Service Desk.
What are some advantages of SWSD over WHD? ,and things to keep in mind when making this transition.
There are a LOT of things to look at. To list a few... reporting, automation, AI, CMDB, tasks and approvals contained within a ticket - not tickets spawning tickets, service task users vs. everyone needing to be techs, better interface and SSO integration and MS Teams integration.
