Hello, we are implementing power automate into SolarWinds in a way. For example when HR changes an employee like there shift changes they submit an email to multiple people. IT Is one of those people and it automatically creates a ticket with information. We then are wanting it to create a Process within the ticket however for some reason I cannot figure out how to create a task to get this done. We are also wanting todo it for a Transfer Request. Any ideas or further questions feel free to ask something like this. 
We already have it for New Hires.
