We have noticed today that there has been on and off system slowness with SolarWinds today (emails taking longer to be sent / to create tickets), and have noticed odd behavior around ticket statuses (tickets that are resolved have been hanging around in searches that filter them out, and those resolved tickets show up as "New" in our dashboard widgets). Have others seen similar behavior today and is there anything we should do to report it specifically? I tried starting a chat with support but no agents have been available.
