Have we ever been able to use an "Update Record" step to change incident category and subcategory? SPSDude
I could have sworn that we could; however yesterday those two fields were missing from the list of available updates.
In the end, I had to use two "Process Integration" steps; one for category and one for subcategory - because if I tried to do both in a single step, it missed the subcat every time?
Is this by design?
