We are building a dashboard using Power BI with the data that its pulling from SWSD. It appears that its only showing resolved date and not closing date as well. The issue resides where a technicans does a first touch resolution ticket where a ticket is created but state is changed to closed when submitting a ticket. From the looks of this, this doesnt count as a resolved date (shows it blank).
So question is there a field where closing date is at so I can show a more clear picture of closed/resolved tickets.
