CSAT survey expired

We've had an ongoing issue where user click the satisfaction email and the browser says it has expired or already been answered. I've whitelisted all of the IP address from support with no success. Recently discovered in may only be an issue with Edge users. It does appear the results still get logged. Anyone else had this issue? Thank you.

  • Hi, you might be running into an issue with something like Safelink "clicking" through each button in the email, which tells the application that the link has already been used. We introduced a way to turn off those buttons in the email to avoid this from happening. You can see more about in our documentation here.
