Is there a way to update the record of a catalog item based on a custom user field?
We're looking to get approvals on catalog requests from users that are outside of a requestor's chain of command (eliminating the possibility of using requestor's manager or above). Once approved, I need to have those custom users CC'd on the ticket and able to view the ticket through process completion.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get this done, it's greatly appreciated.
