How can I remove a user from receive e-mails reports from SW Service Desk?

Hi guys,

I want to remove a user from SWSD email reports because they are no longer part of the company.

  • Navigate to reports and your list of saved reports and open the report in question.  In the top right corner, to the left of the "Save as New" button, there is a calendar icon.  Click this link and it brings up the scheduling window.  You can then remove the user from the list who no longer should be receiving this scheduled report.
