SWSD (Samanage) - MSI Availability

Hi,

Is there an MSI that can enable the SWSD(Samanage) application client to be distributed and installed (silently or otherwise). This would increase our coverage of assets to 99.99%. Our Enterprise team require an MSI rather than an EXE. All help/guidance alternatives appreciated.

Hello. Solarwinds Service Desk does not have an officially supported method for doing so. But a quick google search on how to create MSI packages from Exe files brought up several options. Here is one: theitbros.com/.../
