Open MSG file attached to ticket

I have a ticket with several attachments. I need to open them all. There is a MSG file (Outlook email), a LSI file (text file) and XLS file (Excel spreadsheet). The XLS opens as it should. The other two open as HTML in the browser. Saving the document does not solve the problem because it saves the document as HTML. How do I save these attached files in their native file format?

I tried it in Google Chrome and it downloaded and saved in my download folder. Perhaps different browsers do different things with the msg file?
