I've noticed that sometime within the past couple of weeks, our user provisioning via Azure/Entra has stopped working properly. We first noticed it when we had organizational changes and existing users were not having their managers change in SWSD despite the change happening to their AD/Azure profiles. I've since noticed the new users are not being onboarded either. I've tried resetting the provisioning mappings which didn't help unfortunately.

Taking a look at the Troubleshooting & Recommendations tab, it appears to be a general 500 error:
I'm about out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
