We currently use third party satisfaction surveys and are thinking about switching to the SW surveys as it's nice to have in the main dashboard.
Are the comments in these surveys displayed for all techs to see? Is there a way for only the techs who closed the ticket to see the comments? Or just a singular person such as an IT Manager?
If negative comments come in, I'd rather it not be public to the entire team so I can work with the tech privately to resolve whatever issue there was with the ticket.
