When a user submits a ticket to help desk the email address it sends to is helpdesk@xxxxxxxx.samanage.com. the x's is the company name. The company name has since changed since this was set up. Is there a way to change the name that shows when a user submits a ticket?

Hello MORGAN702your email address is linked to your account name. To change your tenant name, please submit a ticket to our support team at technicalsupport@solarwinds.com. Additionally, I recommend that you forward all emails from helpdesk@xxxxxxxx.samanage.com to your support email address so you can have your own email address via you can receive tickets in service desk.
