SolarWinds Service Desk: Users Page Enhancements

We are happy to announce new enhancements to the Users page in SolarWinds Service Desk that allow admins to search for users on the page and filter text fields not matching a term.  

What’s New?

These new enhancements enable admins to perform in-context searches of specific users on the Users page in SolarWinds Service Desk.

These capabilities also allow admins to filter text fields not matching a term as well as filter fields with empty values for fields that are not mandatory in the Users page.
 

These capabilities give you more flexibility while increasing your overall productivity and efficiency since it’s now easier and faster to find the user(s) you’re looking for when working in your service desk.
