SolarWinds Service Desk: External Customer Satisfaction Survey Integration

We constantly strive to enhance the SolarWinds Service Desk customization capabilities, so you can configure the workspace and workflows that fit your needs, increase your productivity, service efficiency and ultimately - customer satisfaction. 

Starting today you can use an external survey provider to get feedback from requesters and measure their satisfaction.  

To integrate an external survey link to the automatic survey emails sent to requesters once an issue is resolved - follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Setup/Service Desk and check the “Enable External Survey” checkbox

  2. Go to Notifications/Email Customization and look for the “External Customer Satisfaction Survey" template and click the Edit button.

  3. On this page, you can change the email's subject, layout, body title, text, and button label.
     
  4. Lastly, add your external survey’s link at the Survey URL field.

Note: 
Visit your external survey provider’s website to keep track of survey results.
