SolarWinds Service Desk has added a few key enhancements to reporting and analytics.
 

Dashboard Enhancements

  • Shared Dashboards

The Service Desk dashboard is a powerful tool, providing you and your teams with the most actionable data at your fingertips. To help you ensure that your team has access to the most important KPIs they need to monitor and track - we are glad to present our new “Shared Dashboard” capability. 

This new capability also enables you to share relevant data points with other individuals or departments in your organization - such as executives, finance department and so on.

  • Auto-Refresh of Incidents Widget

How often do you find yourself refreshing the Service Desk dashboards to learn about your KPIs’ latest status? As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve your access to actionable data, we are glad to introduce the auto-refresh functionality for Incidents widgets (bar, pie charts and lists).

The auto-refresh rate is determined by your SolarWinds ServiceDesk plan: Business (every 30 minutes), Professional (every 5 minutes) and Enterprise (every 1 minute). This functionality is not available for the Team plan.

Reports Gallery View

We added a new view to the reports landing page in which each report is presented by a tile that highlights the most important information about the report. This allows easier navigation and helps you find the information you’re looking for much more quickly.  You can switch to the previous list view, or drag and drop the tiles as you like. Your selections will be saved for the next time you visit the reports landing page.
