Multiple Dashboards - Actionable Data at Your Fingertips

New Customizable Multiple Dashboards
We are glad to announce that starting today you can generate multiple dashboards to help organize different KPIs and further personalize your dashboard view. You can now create a dedicated dashboard for “Incidents Management”, “Assets Management”, “Tier 1” tickets or any other topic that you or your teams would like to keep track of - at a glance.

Setting up new dashboards
Your current, default dashboard is now named “My Dashboard”. To rename it, simply click the options menu next to it (···) and click “Rename”.

To generate a new dashboard, for example - to track your assets, simply click the blue “+” button at the top right-hand corner of the screen and choose a title:

Then, start populating your new dashboard with relevant widgets, by using the Add Widget menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Navigating and managing dashboards
To navigate the different dashboards that are available to you - click the ▼ icon located next to the dashboard’s name and choose the dashboard that you would like to see next:

The options menu icon  “···” (next to the dashboard’s name), includes the following capabilities, to help you manage your dashboards:

  • Rename
  • Clone
  • Reset to Default (Predefined by SWSD)
  • Set a Default 
  • Delete
