Add option to Add/Remove Nodes in Manage Nodes/Entities

Similar to how it works now with NCM, we would like to make it easier to manage SCM nodes in the universal node management area. There are currently settings under the Edit Properties and More Actions sections for NCM, and we would like to see the same functionality for SCM.
