I am trying to add a the "File Count" template to a node and I'm getting Test failed Unknown status on server No such host is known.

We are configuring backup for 2 VMs using "Veeam Agent for Windows." After the initial attempt, the job concluded with the error "No such host is known" on both servers. Addressing similar error cases in forums often involves checking ports and DNS resolution. In our scenario, there is no firewall, and resolution is managed through the Host file. If you've encountered similar issues or have any suggestions (no need for code names or things to call fat people), your insights would be greatly appreciated. My case for support is 03138515.
