Scheduled Server Reboots

Thwack Family, 
 I am being tasked with seeing if SolarWinds SAM/NAM is capable of taking on our scheduled automatic server reboots. I know I can run scripts etc but it is the scheduling piece I am not sure about. Is anyone else out there doing this and if so how do you do the 'scheduling' part? I looked in 'Create New Alert' but I wanted a time trigger but am running up short. 
 Can someone help me out with this?

What you could do is have an alert which looks at the LastBoot/Boot Time timestamps, and triggers when the time since last boot hits the required interval. The trigger action could include running a script which reboots the server, or if they are VMs, and you have VMAN, you can use the reboot VM action... Many ways to get this done, but those are two easy ones for you For added flexibility, you could use a node Custom Property to include/exclude devices from the alert scope.

 The alert configs I can see all require coding (powershell). The way i would do it is using scheduled tasks outside of SolarWinds and then monitor those scheduled tasks to make sure the server has rebooted. Takes the pressure off SolarWinds but still tells you if the scheduled tasks have failed.

You can add a time window on the alert to not process during specified times (or the alert can work but not send out notifications). 
 you can also schedule the nodes to go into maintenance mode, Configure Orion to unmanage items on a scheduled basis
