Getting check cashing error

I tried to cash a check (within minutes option) and got this error "We're sorry. Your transaction has been cancelled due to inactivity." Which isn't very self explanatory, I thought I messed up so tried again (10 days option this time) and got this error "We're sorry. We cannot accept this check. This check was previously presented for loading. Please try a different check." Am I **bleep** now? I've used both options for cashing similar checks (company issued refund check) in the past with no issues. According to this site there's any other issue. What should I do now?
