Solarwinds SAM 2022.3 stuck in Uninstalling legacy modules

Hi All,

Using the Solarwinds-SAM-2022.3-OfflineInstaller.ISO file, I am trying to perform the inline upgrade for my Orion Platform.

however, it has been stuck for more than 4 hours in the below status:
