How to run a report showing the status of one application approved in the environment? I would like to know how many computer/servers received the patch.

I am new to using this software and would like help figuring out How to run a report showing the status of one application publish and approved which in this case is Chrome. I would like to know how many computer/servers received the patch after it was approved.
