DPA monitoring cluster, but not recognizing that it is a cluster after failover

We just recently moved our database to a cluster and successfully configured DPA to monitor it.  This morning, we performed a controlled failover test of the cluster and lost connectivity to DPA.  There was a permissions error, that we corrected (the user didn't have "view server state" permissions on the new primary node).  Once that was corrected, DPA began monitoring again. We could see that it was using the listener as it said it was monitoring the server name via the listener name, but it didn't have the "AG" designation.

Has anyone experienced this before?  Could you give me some suggestions on how to correct?  I appreciate the help!  --Wendy
