Https monitoring invalid CA

Am trying to enable https monitoring but am getting 401 error. If i try to access via gui am getting DLF_FLAGS_INVALID_CA DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID. What i need to do to resolve this issue. It there any way to bypass certificate in HTTPS monitoring.
