COM Remote Service Availability on Solarwind

Hello everyone and Solarwind support team,

i have problem on Solarwind, i check event log: " Event ID 10008 - COM Remote Service Availability"

I have followed the instructions on this path https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-r2-and-2008/cc774185(v=ws.10)

but it has not changed anything.

Pls help me! Current, Solarwind is disconnect continuity.
