Setting up M365 with Graph API

I have successfully connected the On-Premise API to our M365 environment and can use the templates in SAM. However, I am getting a "401 unauthorized" error. I have even tried a Global admin user. I am thinking that it is something with my app permissions. I am testing with the "OneDrive" Template.

i have my API permissions set to:

Reports.Read.All - Delegated

Reports.Read.All - Applicaiotn

ServiceHealth.Read.All - Applicaiotn

Can anyone who has gotten this to work tell me what I am missing? Once I am done, I am doing a full write up on how to do this.
