Issue using the app insight for IIS with a " Site directory info monitor

Hi all! My firts time here, hope someone can help me. There is an issue using the app insight for IIS with a " Site directory info monitor" profile. The site directory info monitor is always "unknown." This causes all the sites on the server to show as unknown.

Has anybody this issue in their environment?

Nop. I cannot fix it. Even I cannot disable that monitoring. Posts say that it don't have solution, I think that I need open a support ticket

Same issue, tried everything that I could possible think/find, no luck. Will still ponder some more this week and also open a support ticket next week. If I find something, will post back
