Tomcat Monitoring in SAM not working properly

Dear All ,,,,

greetings

i am facing an issue that i add tomcat and JVM to SAM monitoring

as application but it not giving me correct values for memory usage & cpu ......ect

what to do ?

my boss suggest me to install tomcat as windows service ?????????????
