User ID permissions for Mysql monitoring

HI,

What user ed permissions require in my SQL database for monitoring in SAM? As per SAM document user id should have *.* permissions for id which my application team is not accepting as it provied full access to database & van me misused.

Please suggest.

The standard MySQL template simply requires a user account with read only access to the "INFORMATION_SCHEMA" database.
