FEATURE REQUEST (two) - Add MFA facility to Serv-u FTP / HTTPS server and user account lockouts for constant wrong credential entry

Serv-u FTP/HTTPS server

In these modern times, we need the ability to use MFA with the Serv-u server for user authentication as the existing username and password is not secure enough

Ideally, we would have the facility to utilise external SSO services such as Azure SSO or such technical solutions to act as another layer of user authentication

Also, we need the facility for user accounts to be blocked for a configurable timeout, when wrong credentials are entered above a configurable threshold
