What is wrong with the SMTP Account Name? Receiving SSL issues with SMTP configuration

Im trying to configure the SMTP for File Sharing but for some reason it keeps saying the Account Name is wrong!

It is the right account name so what the heck is going on? Does Serv-U not accept sendgrid's API key configuration?

API Key mail send option enabled on sendgrid:

Unfortunately theres no much documentation around this SMTP configuration

p.s. Port 587 is for TLS connections (e.g. API) and 465 is supposed to be for SSL connections. Regardless, I did try both ports either way with the same error.

What i ended up trying as well as using the old credentials (non-api) and apparently that seemed to let me past that screen but still ended up with a different error:

[01] Mon 10Oct22 11:27:17 - Unable to send message to support@domain.com: Unable to connect to SMTP server https://smtp.sendgrid.net/ on port 465.

[01] Mon 10Oct22 11:27:17 - SSL negotiation failure with SMTP server "https://smtp.sendgrid.net/" on port 465 (SSL error: "CLIENT ERROR: Client may have rejected the SSL certificate. Ensure the SSL certificate has been issued by a certificate authority.")

[01] Mon 10Oct22 11:28:02 - Unable to send message to support@domain.com: Unable to connect to SMTP server https://smtp.sendgrid.net/ on port 587.

[01] Mon 10Oct22 11:28:02 - SSL negotiation failure with SMTP server "https://smtp.sendgrid.net/" on port 587 (SSL error: "CLIENT ERROR: Client may have rejected the SSL certificate. Ensure the SSL certificate has been issued by a certificate authority.").

We used our own certificate, are we supposed to generate one from Serv-U?
