Serv-U Event Filters

 I would suggest that perhaps that you have the logfiles rotate daily., there is an option for this in the domain activity

I have my logfiles with Day, Month and year, Log path name: 'Serv-U\Logs\OPS_Prod_%D%N%Y.log'

create a domain event that emails you on log rotation with the log file

You will most likely need to filter/count the file upload events

Not the prettiest solution but might work for you.
