Agentless pull of event logs or log files

Here's what's on the top of our radar:

• Integrating IP reputation threat feeds, to provide better insight into events generated on the network that may be coming from known "bad actors" (similar to/part ofThreat Intelligence Feed)
  
• Agentless Windows Event Log connectivity (Agentless pull of event logs or log files)

Any movement on this?  I'm trialing the product, but it's a deal breaker if there isn't an agentless solution.

Another issue with the agents is Java. The current version of Java that the agents are using is outdated, and this creates a compliance issue for every server in our network that has an agent installed.  The agents are nice once they're up and running, but it would be nice to see an agentless implementation, or at least an agent that doesn't rely on older versions Java.

Any movement on this?

Also, an agentless pull could help with all those log files we do not have connectors for.  They could all come in as syslogs and at least we would have them for compliance and troubleshooting.
