SEM Reporter - Manager ping OK but the port 9001 on the LEM appliance could not be open

Anyone has a solution, - I have open a support ticket but !

I can telnet the port 9001 and they are in the same VLAN and there is no firewall

I have tried all the possibilities mention in the documentation - like certificate, TLS, unrestrictport etc

You can remove the port restrictionRestrict access to the SEM reports application，or closs TLS disable Enable TLS if disabled.i tested it and it worked
