Customizing Accounts Roles

I am going to create accounts and the accounts should have privilege to add their nodes, but if there will be multiple account with the right to add their nodes should not see the information of other accounts.

SEM cannot be configured for users to be limited by specific devices either for viewing or adding. You can see the available account types and their associated permissions here: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sem/content/admin_guide/2020_2/sem-view-system-privileges.htm
